We may share your information with Disdus Merchants. From time to time, we provide offers from particular merchants (referred to as “Disdus Merchants”) who, as part of the offer, request information on Disdus customers who purchased the offer. In those cases, we share some of your Personally Identifiable Information with Disdus Merchants. Sharing this Information will allow a Disdus Merchant to market directly to you should they choose to do so. However, we will only share Personally Identifiable Information with a Disdus Merchant if you engage in an Identification Activity, and then only to the Disdus Merchant involved in that Identification Activity. Please note that we will only provide a Disdus Merchant your information with an opt-in notice to you, in which you will have a chance to choose that Disdus not give the Disdus Merchant your personal information. We specifically disclaim any responsibility or liability for the actions of such Disdus Merchant. While we inform them that they are only permitted to communicate with you for the purposes of the specific promotion with Disdus, we do not have any responsibility for the actions of the Disdus Merchant, and the actions of the Disdus Merchant are not in our control.
We may share your information with Authorized Third Party Service Providers. We provide some of our services and products through third parties. Refund Policy

1.	Refund adalah pengembalian pembayaran Pelanggan yang telah tercatat kedalam rekening Groupon Disdus disebabkan oleh satu dan/atau beberapa hal-hal yang diatur dalam "Kondisi yang menyebabkan Refund" pada Refund Policy ini ke dalam Rekening Pelanggan atau Ke Disdus Balance sesuai dengan keinginan Pelanggan
2.	Disdus Balance adalah Jumlah Kredit yang ada pada Groupon Disdus yang dapat digunakan untuk transaksi pada website Groupon Disdus dan tidak dapat dicairkan dalam bentuk Tunai
3.	Kondisi yang menyebabkan dapat dilakukannya proses Refund adalah sebagai berikut: a. Pemesanan Pelanggan yang tidak dapat diproses oleh Groupon Disdus disebabkan oleh: i. Melewati batas waktu masa konfirmasi pembayaran yang telah ditetapkan & di informasikan pada promo ii. Telah habisnya stock produk dan/atau voucher; b. Adanya kendala internal pada management Merchant sehingga menyebabkan pelanggan tidak dapat melakukan penukaran Voucher tersebut; c. Adanya perbedaan spesifikasi pada promo yang ditampilkan dengan kondisi produk yang diterima oleh Pelanggan. d. Adanya kendala pada proses pengiriman yang menyebabkan Pelanggan tidak mendapatkan pemesanan. e. Pemesanan produk yang telah di lakukan Return oleh Pelanggan kepada Groupon Disdus disebabkan "Produk Rusak" dan pihak Groupon Disdus tidak dapat melakukan penggantian kembali.
4.	Kondisi yang menyebabkan tidak dapat dilakukannya proses Refund adalah sebagai berikut: a. Voucher yang tidak digunakan oleh pelanggan sampai dengan masa berakhir penggunaan voucher; b. Produk yang telah diterima dalam kondisi baik oleh Pelanggan dan telah sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang ditampilkan pada promo namun tidak sesuai dengan harapan / ekspektasi Pelanggan; c. Apabila staff Groupon Disdus tidak dapat menemukan pembayaran yang telah dilakukan oleh Pelanggan.
5.	Prosedur proses Refund akan dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: a. Pelanggan melakukan permohonan Refund melalui Email, Forum atau Telepon kepada Groupon Disdus; b. Sebagai kebijakan management Groupon Disdus akan meminta bukti transfer (ATM atau Setor Tunai) untuk transaksi yang akan di Refund; c. Jika proses Refund kembali ke Rekening Pelanggan, Groupon Disdus akan meminta informasi Rekening tujuan Refund, yaitu Nama Bank,Atas Nama Rekening, Cabang, Kota; d. Groupon Disdus melakukan Refund ke rekening tujuan dalam waktu 2 hari kerja setelah semua persyaratan diterima.
6.	Groupon Disdus berhak menolak & tidak melakukan proses permohonan Refund apabila ada satu dan/atau beberapa hal pada "Refund Policy" ini yang tidak dilengkapi oleh Pelanggan dan dengan ini Pelanggan menyetujui untuk membebaskan Groupon Disdus dari segala tuntutan yang berakibat Hukum dikemudian hari.

Stock Policy

1.	Stock adalah ketersediaan produk yang sedang ditampilkan pada pihak Distributor yang menjadi rekanan Groupon Disdus.
2.	Distributor adalah rekanan Groupon Disdus yang mempunyai / pemilik dari produk ditampilkan pada promo Groupon Disdus.

Shipping Policy

1.	Shipping adalah proses pengiriman produk ke alamat tujuan yang tercantum dalam data pemesanan Pelanggan.
2.	Shipping dilakukan untuk semua promo Produk, tidak berlaku untuk Voucher dan Travel.
3.	Tanggal pengiriman adalah jadwal pengiriman produk yang telah di cantumkan di dalam promo yang di tampilkan berdasarkan kebijakan internal management Groupon Disdus.
4.	Biaya pengiriman di kenakan kepada Pelanggan dan di perhitungkan secara proporsional dari sistem ketika pelanggan melakukan pemesanan pada Groupon Disdus dan merupakan kebijakan internal management Groupon Disdus.
5.	Pengiriman dilakukan oleh jasa kurir rekanan Groupon Disdus.
6.	Lama waktu pengiriman sampai ke tempat tujuan diperkirakan antara 5 s/d 7 hari kerja dari Tanggal Pengiriman yang tercantum di dalam detail promo
7.	Return produk adalah proses pengembalian produk kepada Groupon Disdus yang telah dikirimkan ke alamat Pelanggan disebabkan sebagai berikut: a. Adanya kendala pada saat proses pengiriman sehingga tidak dapat dikirimkan sesuai dengan alamat tujuan yang disebabkan : kurang lengkapnya alamat tujuan & penerima produk / Pelanggan tidak ada di tempat pada saat dilakukannya pengiriman produk; b. Adanya kerusakan produk pada saat proses pengiriman sehingga produk tidak dapat dikirimkan kepada Pelanggan; c. Adanya kerusakan produk pada saat diterima oleh Pelanggan yang disebabkan oleh kendala pada saat proses pengiriman.
8.	Biaya kirim kembali disebabkan oleh kondisi "Barang Rusak" dalam proses pengiriman akan ditanggung oleh Groupon Disdus dan maksimal adalah biaya kirim untuk transaksi pada saat pemesanan produk tersebut.
9.	Layanan klaim pengembalian atau penukaran produk yang cacat pada saat diterima oleh customer hanya dapat diproses jika produk yang dikembalikan telah diterima oleh Groupon paling lambat 7 hari dari tanggal produk diterima oleh konsumen.
